Fees & Insurance

Currently my charge for an initial diagnostic assessment (2 hours) is $120.

The fee for a regular therapy session (60-90 minutes) is $90.

I do not charge for phone calls or same-day cancellations.

Currently I am an In-Network Provider with the following insurance plans:

Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medica, Medicaid (Medical Assistance), Medicare, and MinnesotaCare.

Health Partners reimburses me at Out-of-Network rates.

For each of these insurance plans, charges will be submitted on your behalf. Your co-payment amount can be paid at each session or you can be billed for them.
